Silly goose gender reveal cake

This Silly Goose Gender Reveal Cake is honestly one of my favorites because it plays both sides, cute + chic without ever falling into cartoon territory. The two little geese on top are dressed for the occasion in tiny ribbon scarves, like they’ve just stepped out of a vintage children’s book illustration with perfect posture.

The buttercream below is full Rococo drama with architectural panels, ruffled trim, piped bows, tiny blossoms, pastel colors, and that creamy ivory lace-like texture that makes people hesitate before cutting in.

I also love that it’s subtle as a gender reveal; no neon, no confetti bombs, no rainbow sprinkles yelling at you. Just pale pink & baby blue woven quietly into the design.

That’s the point for me, celebration cakes can be kind, quiet, intentional, and still feel iconic. This is the style lane that feels most Rose Vanilla: vintage European pastry energy, pastel Rococo mood, tiny details that take forever… and feel worth it.

And yes, this style is available to order, and we can adjust the color palette (or change the toppers entirely) to match your event’s mood board. I like when a cake looks like it belongs to the event, not just in the room.
