Realistic Blueberry Mini Cake for Summer Tables

This cake was inspired by fresh summer fruit, real blueberries to be exact. I love finding ways to turn everyday ingredients into small moments of edible art.

The whole idea was contrast, blue against white, realistic against stylized, fruit against ruffle.
