ORDERING

All orders are required to be paid in full to guarantee the requested date on our calendar. Your order is not considered confirmed and will not be created until full payment is received. We only accept credit card payments.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that, occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may force you to cancel an order. Please be in touch, as soon as possible, if a cancellation seems imminent. Cancellations made more than 7 days before your order date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of your order date are non-refundable. We ask that you understand that by booking your order, we have held that confirmed slot for you and have turned away additional orders. You must be confirmed your cancellation by Rose Vanilla for the cancellation to take effect. If your event date must be postponed we will do our best to accommodate you as long as your new event date is available, otherwise, it will be considered a cancellation.  In the unlikely event of an emergency, such as fire, flood, severe illness, or medical emergency, and your order must be canceled by Rose Vanilla, we will offer you a full refund.

DISPUTES

We always strive to meet and exceed, your expectations. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we require you to communicate your concerns within 24 hours. Please thoroughly inspect your order upon pick up. Your acceptance of your order will act as your satisfaction with the design. Full refunds will not be considered for any product that has been consumed, regardless of dispute, as consumption of the product is viewed as acceptance that the product is adequate for the purpose for which it has been supplied. Any dispute requires photographic evidence and the return of unconsumed goods to determine the issue. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to the product once the product has been collected from our location or delivered to the event venue. When transporting your order, we recommend that you drive with caution, keep your cake chilled and flat, and take the cake directly to its destination. We are not responsible for any damage caused by transportation in your vehicle. Our cake and buttercream products are intended to be served at room temperature and on the day they are received. Any leftovers should be refrigerated. Cakes need to be displayed on a level surface in an environment no warmer than 72 degrees. We do not recommend displaying your cake outdoors or in direct sunlight.

ALLERGENS

We do not offer sugar-free, dairy-free, or vegan options. Our facility is not an allergen-free environment and we do not recommend the consumption of our products for those who have allergies or intolerances. We produce products containing eggs, nuts, dairy, and wheat daily. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and not hold Rose Vanilla liable for any adverse reactions.

INEDIBLE DECORATIONS

We’ll advise you as to whether your order contains any non-edible elements, and if so, those details should be removed before serving.

Sugar flowers and other toppers often contain wire or toothpicks for stability. You are responsible for removing these items before serving, to avoid risk to guests and others consuming the cake.
